This is a neat non-electronic "gadget" that I thought I'd add. It's called Instacloth, and they are small tablets. When they come in contact with water, they expand, turning into a cloth to wipe up small spills. Only $4.99 for a box of 8. Great travel product.

This is the Logitech Harmony 1000 universal remote. It uses Z-Wave, the home automation standard.

I realize now that my 512 MB memory card for my digital camera is much too small. I plan to soon replace it with Sandisk's 4GB model.

Fujitsu has released a tablet PC with a swivel screen that is only 8.9 inches. That's smaller than the Sony Vaio I mentioned in my previous post.

I recently upgraded my laptop to the Sony Vaio VGN-TX770P.
Archos AV700. Throw away your ipod. With 100 GB of storage and a 7" color screen, it makes the ipod look like a walkman. Plus it's less than an inch thick. It hooks up to your TV to work as a DVR, and can play and store up to 400 hours of video, 250 DVDs, 55,000 songs or 1,000,000 photos.
